Delivery typically takes 8-15 days, as all our products are preorders and we ship worldwide.

We apologize if something is missing from your order. It’s possible that your items were shipped separately, and the rest will arrive in the next few days. If you don’t receive them soon or need help, feel free to reach out to us!

While tracking information is updated every 24 to 48 hours on average, there could be sporadic delays while your order is being transported. To determine whether any problems, such as an inaccurate address or customs costs, are contributing to the delay, start by reviewing your tracking details. We can help if you’re still not sure!

Regretfully, we are unable to alter or cancel your order once you have selected “Place Order” at checkout. This covers changing the shipment method, adding or removing things, changing the delivery or payment address, and changing the items or sizes.

Regretfully, once the order has been placed, we are unable to modify the address you entered during checkout. But if you get in touch with the courier directly, you might be able to change your delivery options.
